Can you answer 'Yes' to the following:
1. Your current pension(s) plus any new contributions you plan to make immediately are worth more than £25,000 in total?
2. Your pension is outside the public sector (Fire, Police, NHS, Forces)?
3. You are a Director of a UK Limited Company or an LLP
4. You’re registered in the UK for tax purposes?
